Hi, I’m D’Neal

Grieving Journey
This blog shares my personal experiences with grief, aiming to provide comfort and understanding to others navigating their own emotional healing.
Who Am I
I became a widow at the age of 29, a moment that changed my life forever. In the years since, I’ve been learning how to carry grief while raising my daughter, who is now 7. She is my greatest source of love and light, even on the hardest days. This blog is my space to write honestly about loss, love, and the everyday realities of living with grief. It’s not about having answers — it’s about sharing the quiet truths of this journey, the moments of heaviness, and the small glimpses of hope that keep me moving forward. I write to honor the love I carry, to give shape to the ache, and to remind myself (and maybe you, too) that we are not alone in this.
